About Us

The mission of Spoken Life, LLC is to train people to provide motivational intervention in order to foster civic engagement and entrepreneurship.

Motivational intervention is a personal coaching style that uses the power of positive words to inspire and transform the lives of people who are struggling with something that you already overcame.  Motivational intervention is designed to provide participants with a multi-sensory experience where a facilitator shares the intricacies his or her Most Powerful Decision with an "at-risk" audience who is battling with this same situation.  For the participants, this situation is currently their greatest challenge, and they unaware of how to defeat it.  This real-life exchange is critical because the goal is to encourage participants to reflect over their own lives in order to identify their Most Powerful Decision and transfer this strategy for success into other areas of their lives - namely their greatest challenge.  We use the term "at-risk" to loosely describe  anyone who is on the verge of having a negative situation take control of their life and wipe them out completely.

Spoken Life's philosophy is twofold.  First, we believe that many of life's challenges are 90% mental and 10% physical.  Second, we believe that everything we need to overcome these challenges already exists inside. Therefore, our trainings exist to help people understand that if they search within themselves, the road to victory will emerge because the Most Powerful Decision of your past holds the key to defeating your greatest challenge today if they follow the same steps.  We teach people that your Most Powerful Decision is achieved when you successfully conquer your greatest challenge, and this process represents the fact that you now think differently about yourself and your relationship to the world around you.

As we do this work, we must be clear that it is not our training alone that unlocks the power of positive words.  Ultimately, it is people's individual passion for saving the lives of others who are just like them, or how they used to be, that unlocks the power of positive words through the Principle of Reciprocity.  It is only when people have used our training to sufficiently empower themselves that they can go and empower others because they would have learned how to communicate in a way that's both inspirational and transformative in the lives of their audience.  We train people to provide motivational intervention because we believe that our efforts will exponentially provide a message of hope, restoration, and empowerment to the people who need it the most.
